Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7/31/2026

This site is a professional portfolio. It measures audience anonymously, without cookies and without sending anything to third-party services. This page explains exactly what is recorded, why, and for how long.

What is recorded

Each visit generates a technical record with the following information, always aggregated and without any identifier that could recognise you:

  • Date and time of the visit, and the approximate hour in your time zone
  • Country the visit came from, never city or precise location
  • Language of the page visited (Portuguese or English)
  • Device type in broad categories: phone, tablet or desktop
  • Browser and operating system family, without version numbers
  • The channel that brought you here, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, search or direct access
  • Page sections viewed and scroll depth
  • Clicks on contact links and project galleries
  • Page loading performance metrics

What is not collected

  • This site creates no cookies
  • Your IP address is never stored
  • No data is sent to Google Analytics or any external service
  • No sensitive personal data, as defined in article 5, II of the LGPD
  • No fingerprinting or cross-site tracking techniques
  • No name, e-mail or phone number, unless you choose to send it to me

What the data is used for

Only to understand whether the portfolio does its job: which countries and channels visits come from, which projects draw the most interest, whether the English version is worth maintaining and whether the site works well on mobile. There is no advertising, no profiling, and nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

Legal basis and anonymisation

To determine the country, the IP address is read only in server memory while your visit is processed, and discarded immediately afterwards. It is never written to storage. Unique visitor counting uses a temporary code derived from a random value that is rotated every 24 hours and never stored; after 48 hours that code is erased from the records. From then on the data is anonymous under article 12 of Law 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and is no longer personal data.

How long the data is kept

The temporary visit code is erased within 48 hours. Access records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Only aggregated, anonymous totals, which do not refer to any individual, may be kept for longer.

Hosting server logs

Independently of the audience measurement described above, the hosting server keeps technical access logs, which include IP addresses. These logs are required by article 15 of Law 12,965/2014 (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework), remain under the hosting provider's control and are used only for security, diagnostics and compliance with legal obligations.

Your rights

The LGPD grants you rights such as confirmation, access, correction, portability and deletion of personal data. Because this site's audience measurement is anonymous and stores no identifiers, it is not possible to locate records relating to a specific person. Even so, any privacy question or request can be sent through the contact below and will be answered.
